How do I initiate a return?
To start the return process, please email us at support@themodvue.com.within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID, contact information, and a brief explanation for the return.
A non-refundable charge of Rs. 100 will be applied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Our logistics partner will attempt to collect the return within 2โ3 business days of your request. If pickup fails after three attempts, you may be required to self-ship the items for your refund to be processed. Your courier cost does not exceed INR 300.
The customer has to self-ship the product if the pin code is out of serviceable area with reverse logistics. ( Note - Your courier cost do not exceed above Inr 300 .We request you to self ship the products by "Speed Post" as your courier service)
